- PiYo: A combination of pilates and yoga exercises that will focus on core strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility all while burning fat.
- Athletic Form: Demonstrating proper body positioning and form for both athletes and non-athletes. Practicing proper form during physical exercise can reduce your risk of injury and increase overall performance and skills.
- Group Games: Campers will be working collectively in pairs or small teams to perform a variety of fun and energetic anaerobic and aerobic activities.
- Breath work:Modeling and practicing various breathing techniques to calm and focus the mind.
- Arts and Crafts:Creating artwork that can calm and focus the mind. These activities include, but are not limited to, glitter jars, shredding art, fingerpainting, vision boards and mindful coloring.
